My journey with Largay Travel began in 2023, driven by an interest in travel and a friend's encouragement. Stepping into the industry as a novice, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the exceptional mentoring program offered by Largay. From weekly classes to dedicated mentors, marketing tools, and a supportive team, Largay truly equips advisors with everything needed to thrive in the field. It's been an enriching experience, and I'm grateful for the invaluable support provided by Largay Travel. I am looking forward to my growth as an advisor within this company.

I joined Largay as a new travel advisor in July 2020. That's right - during a global pandemic. I was coming in with zero sales experience, but a passion to join the industry due to positive demographics (lots of boomers ready to retire and start traveling) and a desire to serve. My clients and I couldn't have been happier. I have been supported in both my education and in my day-to-day transactions by my host agency. I am exposed to fantastic suppliers, supportive advisors, FAM opportunities, and back office support every single day. Folks are kind, generous with their time and expertise, and very responsive when I need urgent help. I made the right choice (for me) with Largay Travel as my host agency.

I came to Largay Travel after a 30+ year career in another industry and was quite apprehensive about a career change. Their mentoring program gave me the foundation that I needed to make me successful. The owners and front line management are very supportive as are the other IC's. Very happy at Largay.

I have been an ITC for Largay Travel for over 11 years. I can't imagine doing this job without a company like Largay supporting me. Their stellar reputation with suppliers and hoteliers makes my job, as well as the quality of experience my clients enjoy top-notch! Largay Travel is an amazing host agency. "Host" is not strong enough a word as Largay Travel is more of a supportive family. They provide all the tools necessary to grow and maintain one's business. The Largay team held my hand and taught me everything I needed to know to become a successful travel advisor. And the assistance does not end when you graduate. From management to the in-house staff to the phenomenal family of IC's, there is always someone available and willing to help. There is an extraordinary energy among the Largay family and an endless stream of shared knowledge. I joined Largay in 1998 working as a Corporate Agent. Switch over to leisure and when I thought I was ready to retire Paul asked if I would consider being an independent Contractor. Best decision I ever made... that was in 2009....
and still going strong. Thank you Paul for giving me the opportunity.

I made the decision to start with Largay in 2019, and graduated from their mentoring program March 30, 2020. I thought to myself, what I am I getting myself into - when the world was shutting down, I was ready to spread my wings and start selling travel. The management team was quick to support my new collegues with everything going on, while offering me the support emotionally and professionally to learn. In July 2022 I was able to quit a 16 year career and devote my time to MY business and Largay Travel. Everyone from management, staff and other IC's helped me and guided me so that I could reach my goals. The culture of Largay is one that encourages support and family, all while having fun. Business is business and they are there to support me every step of the way for that too.

I recently joined Largay in April 2023 after the briefest stint with another host agency. Prior to making the leap into travel, I had been a stay at home mom for 26 years to 5 kids with a small, part-time business teaching group fitness 3 days a week. My #1 fear regarding launching a successful travel advising career revolved around not being provided with adequate training or support by the host agency. As soon as I met the amazing leadership at Largay, I immediately knew the support they offer is the BEST of the BEST! Deeply rooted in the origins of Luxury Travel, Largay offers the utmost in long-standing relationships with suppliers and partners and provides the superlative in training and guidance to each and everyone on the Largay Team - regardless of the role a person plays. Every step of the way, no question has been too insignificant. I have never been made to feel like a burden and the tools they provide ensure my IMMEDIATE success. From my dear mentor, to the head of the hosting program to marketing and IT support, to the INCREDIBLE example Paul and Amanda set walking the walk and showing up EVERY. DAY. for everyone at Largay, Largay Travel as a host agency surpasses any level of assistance one might think he or she needs. As I travel around the world, Largay's reputation precedes me and grants me instant credibility associated with being a part of such a premier agency . Upon meeting anyone with knowledge of the travel industry, immediate recognition is given to the excellent reputation and quality of service Largay provides.
