I signed up with KHM as my host agency in 2019 with no prior experience in the travel industry after speaking with a couple other agents who started their own travel careers with KHM as their host agency and who were so confident that they chose the right host agency. KHM provides all the support and tools you need to learn the travel business and consistently provides the right suppliers, training, content for social media and marketing tools to look like the professional you are. I have been with KHM Travel Group for about 18 months. I started with another Host/MLM which was most certainly not a good fit. I reached out to a few Agents online from vendor groups I was in, picked their brains about their Hosts and just felt like KHM was "the one." KHM was nothing but gracious & responsive to all my questions before I signed up. Honestly, there was so much information available just from their basic website alone - they didn't hide details or info so that you had to reach out to them directly. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I have not been able to participate live in any of their Boot Camps or other trainings, but love KHM Today each week. One of the biggest draws for me was the Godly leadership in place throughout this organization. Every person I have come in contact with by phone, email, etc. has been awesome to work with. They are responsive, knowledgeable and have a great training/education program. I would definitely recommend them!

October will be 14 years that I have been with KHM. I have watched the company evolve to include a fantastic team and family. I can't imagine being a travel consultant in today's world without the inclusions KHM has to offer such as ongoing training, CRM, agent portal, facebook groups, agent TeamUps, live events, agent mentoring, and so much more. One of the most life changing things I ever did was join KHM. From my 1st bootcamp a month after joining until today they have always been available, helpful and offered non stop training opportunities. If you want to put in the time and effort than the content of what you can learn is endless. They also provide many fam opportunities and those experiences are priceless - the interaction with the resorts/cruise lines, the relationship you form with BDM's and on site managers is so helpful. Most of all -the relationships you form with other agents and how they help you succeed and support each other is one of the biggest gifts of all. I have had several agents even create fam opportunities for several of us so that we can learn together - the most recent was a top agent that created a fam opportunity to Italy and created an amazing learning opportunity for us.
