Words cannot speak highly enough about KHM Travel Group. While I began this profession with another host agency, I began my transition to KHM in 2018 and have seen my business grow not just financially but in other core ways as well.

The Learning Management System is excellent for all agents, new as well as seasoned. The Core Values are taped on the shelves beside my desk, with "People First" listed first... which KHM exemplifies day in and day out at all levels. I love giving back to the community in was such as KHM Cares. Exposure to industry events and vendor support is phenomenal, where I can reach out if needed and if something does go awry, the KHM Team has stepped in. I balance when I reach out for help, but always exhaust my resources first and KHM knows if I reach out with an issue, it is truly an issue. KHM is well respected in the industry as well, and having meaningful relationships with our suppliers is crucial in this industry.

The most important attribute to me is how our Mission Statement is lived out and built on our people - all people - and is truly a family. While we have grown, we have not lost our uniqueness. Being 100% cruises by choice, I would not have survived the pandemic mentally or emotionally without our KHM family... and can still say that now in 2025. I am incredibly thankful for the opportunities KHM provides and cannot recommend this host agency enough. I felt a little intimidated starting with a host agency that has thousands of agents. Let me tell you - I have never felt more at home anywhere! Everyone is friendly and helpful, no drama (this was a big positive), no competition between agents. It's a great feeling to be in a group of people that life each other up. The education is fantastic and I have been able to make tweaks to my business to make it even better. Love my KHM family and never plan to leave!

Two things are important when you are looking for a host agency. Education and Support. I signed up in March 2019 and one year later we all know what happened and KHM kept us all going. Amazing Host Agency. The support is always there for all agents. You can always phone and talk to a real person every time. They always have time and support and information. The training is superb and the talent is exceptional. They work for their agents all of the time. There is an annual fee and the % is reasonable, but the $ is very well spent for the high quality Host Agency that is always reachable and friendly and totally committed to the highest quality services that they offer. Best Bargain in the Industry. If anyone is really seeking the #1 Host Agency with the Best Value and the Best Service and the Best People, KHM Travel Group is it. Agents could not have a better Host Agency than KHM Travel Group.

I signed up with KHM as my host agency in 2019 with no prior experience in the travel industry after speaking with a couple other agents who started their own travel careers with KHM as their host agency and who were so confident that they chose the right host agency. KHM provides all the support and tools you need to learn the travel business and consistently provides the right suppliers, training, content for social media and marketing tools to look like the professional you are. I love to travel and have enjoyed the learning process and am building my next career to enjoy for many years. I highly recommend KHM and have had a tremendous experience under their guidance. I look forward to rebounding in the coming years as we return to more travel.

I have been with KHM Travel Group for about 18 months. I started with another Host/MLM which was most certainly not a good fit. I reached out to a few Agents online from vendor groups I was in, picked their brains about their Hosts and just felt like KHM was "the one." KHM was nothing but gracious & responsive to all my questions before I signed up. Honestly, there was so much information available just from their basic website alone - they didn't hide details or info so that you had to reach out to them directly. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I have not been able to participate live in any of their Boot Camps or other trainings, but love KHM Today each week. One of the biggest draws for me was the Godly leadership in place throughout this organization. Every person I have come in contact with by phone, email, etc. has been awesome to work with. They are responsive, knowledgeable and have a great training/education program. I would definitely recommend them!

October will be 14 years that I have been with KHM. I have watched the company evolve to include a fantastic team and family. I can't imagine being a travel consultant in today's world without the inclusions KHM has to offer such as ongoing training, CRM, agent portal, facebook groups, agent TeamUps, live events, agent mentoring, and so much more. The connections KHM has with our top suppliers is phenomenal.

I am currently in my seventh year with KHM. I am a former high school and college instructor, and choosing this as my second career is one of the best decisions I have made. I worked for a local travel agency when I first started and researched several different host agencies. I chose KHM, and that was the best choice I could have made. I have done countless trainings, webinars, Destination Success, Master Agent Weekend, Crystal Conferences, and many FAM trips. I have met so many agents at these events that have become lifelong friends! KHM and many other agents have always been so supportive and helpful, but I also feel it was important to invest my own time and effort to learn this business to become a successful travel agent. Just need to give a shout out to KHM Travel Group! I started with them over 5 years ago, and had no previous travel agent training except planning my own trips! I jumped right in with Boot Camp, then Destination Success, attending webinars that were hosted by KHM along with getting to know other travel agents within the orgainization...I have made an extended "family" that I didn't know I could ever have! That has been one of the biggest blessings to me! So many great agents that I can reach out to and get some assistance when needed!

Last year, during the loss of so many bucket list trips for my clients, KHM was there all along helping each of us with our unique situations! And even offered a very extensive 12 week training to keep us engaged and learning during such an trying season to be a travel agent!

The moment I met the owner, Rick Zimmerman, I knew that God had led me to the right Host Agency..He is a Godly man with his leadership of this company and has surrounded himself with incredibly educated and engaging staff who go above and beyond to make sure we are successful!
