Are there fees to give a partner access to the account? Or will they have to sign up for their own?
Asked by Jalonda Hilton on September 3, 2022 in General

We have some options for situations like this, but it depends on a couple factors. If you give us a call at 888.611.1220, we'd be happy to run through them to help you decide what would be best for your business.

Can clients make payments directly through an online portal or do that have to provide the travel agent their CC information?
Asked by Michelle Ray on February 17, 2022 in General

As a travel agent, you will be making payments on the suppliers' sites using your client's information. A signed authorization is required for every payment made by a client. We have instructions and Credit Card Authorization forms available for our agents to help simplify this process and ensure you remain compliant.

When signing up with your agency, what licenses/documents are required for me to have if I live in California?
Asked by Britany Johnson on October 13, 2021 in General

Hello Britany. Under California law, all travel advisors residing in the state of California must have a valid business license or operate as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). In accordance with those laws, we ask that agents submit proof of this in order to sell travel with us.

I am wondering if there is no access to GDS, are we able to still book airline tickets or have access to a ticketing service for non-GDS agents?
