I have been with Avoya Travel since March 2008 and enjoy the experience very much. You work from your own home office, they provide leads for you to work, they market our promotions on the internet for you, they provide follow up letters to your customers, reminding them of important facts that they need to know about their upcoming trip. They are truly an innovative company, with young top notch marketing guys and girls that know how to reach the public. I'm almost 68 years old and it's wonderful to know that I can continue to work from the privacy of my own home for as long as I want. No going out to an office, in the traffic, or office politics.

I cannot say enough good things about having Avoya Travel as my travel partner. I found out about Avoya through this website and reading the glowing reviews. All the positive reviews are correct!

I have 7 years experience in the insurance industry, and I'm 6 months in this fun travel adventure. Avoya Travel gives me the best opportunity for success... I would be lost without them. My sales in just 5 weeks are what I thought would be successful in a 6 month period of time... AMAZING!

Avoya Travel is the best Host Agency and Travel Agency in the business. It is family owned and that is what I like. Avoya Travel supports its affiliated agencies and the customers that we service. It is all about Professionalism and Integrity, but a third description not mentioned is Personal. Avoya Travel makes client's travel personal. The Avoya Live Leads Program is the best in its industry. Avoya Travel has strong relationships with the best travel companies in the industry from Princess Cruises to Amtrak Vacations to Hertz to Priceline to Allianz. What makes Avoya even sweeter and stronger is the relationship they have with American Express. Avoya Travel is the Apple of Host Agencies and in Travel all-together. The support system is there. Brad and Van and all the rest of the Avoya Travel team are the best. I stand behind my success and my passion of travel with Avoya.

I joined Avoya in October of 2016 as an independent cruise agency. Avoya provides extensive training and an incredibly detailed and comprehensive platform. It is somewhat complicated at first, but I have received tons of help from Avoya. The live lead program provides plenty of live leads. There are people who don't end up booking, but that happens in this business; is not a negative about Avoya at all. I have received some excellent leads, and just last week I booked a $9800 cruise for two people from an Avoya lead. My experience with Avoya has been nothing but positive. I have contacted many support people and they have all been kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I joined Avoya because I found that my previous host agencies could not compete with Avoya's prices and promotions. Being part of the Avoya network gives me much better prices for my clients. In fact, I joined Avoya because I found that previously I was sending my clients to Avoya because of the great deals available. I was losing business - I was not willing to hide the best deals out there for my family and friends, so I referred a lot of people to Avoya. I can't say enough about the training opportunities, support, and access to great deals that I have with Avoya. I am so glad I joined! I am not an Avoya employee - I have my own agency, and I would not have one without Avoya.

I was planning on hosting with Avoya. I requested information by calling them and the operating asked for my phone or name. She said she could only transfer me to Robert West because he was assigned to me. She transferred me to Robert, but I got his voicemail. I called back later and they said he wasn't available. I called the next day same thing! I left messages for him to please call me back but no call backs! I got an email reply back from Robert West, Join Avoya Specialist congratulating me on my path to a rewarding future in travel. So I thought, finally, at least he emailed, which Id rather talk in person and not by email when starting a business!

He recommended Quest Training Center to obtain my training as a first time Travel agent. But it seemed like it was a generic email and he did not answer my questions. So I went to the link he provided read up on it and signed up for the class.

While researching further in the Avoya site, I found they have Avoya University that offers training. Why would they have me sign up with another school? Id rather stay withing Avoya.

I Called Robert and again he was not available. I emailed him with same questions and additional questions regarding the Avoya University, but all I got was congratulating me on signing up with Quest Training Center...it was a generic email reply to my reply questions of emails! Very frustrating!

So I called Avoya again and got an operator as before and I asked to speak to someone in Avoya University. She asked if I filled out the form on the Avoya website. I said no, because if she obtain my information, she would just transfer me to Robert West who is my assigned person! He was no help! So I said no and she put me on hold and later came back saying no one was available.

I called back later and same thing! I cannot get anyone to answer any simple questions. The operators are no use, they just obtain your information.

So I called Quest Training to ask them a question but kept getting their answering machine because they were not available. I have called during office hours multiple times!!

That is not good business especially trying to start! Thank God I did not sign up with Avoya with a contract because they would not take me until I finish training with some other partnered Quest Training Center, yet they offer their own Avoya University training, doesn't make sense.

When I get my student training pack in the mail from Quest Training Center, it's going right back for a full refund of $595!

I will not do business with either so called company because no one can talk to me or respond to my questions on email or voicemail messages!

I also went to BBB on Avoya and looked up their profile, It says 11 years in business, but their website says 50 years? Their business actually started 10/20/2006. They have probably changed their name because of bad business reviews!

I was all excited about starting my home based business travel agency, but kept coming across road blocks and cant get any answers! They just want your money! I am very disappointed!!!

I was forced to complete a star rating, I would consider -0 rating, but I had to put something to be able to send this message. I feel like they are a scam! Do Not Signed Up with Avoya or Quest Training Center!

I retired after spending over 40 years working in a field completely different from sales and travel. In retirement, I felt I needed to be doing something reasonably productive. I talked with my travel agent whom I had never met in person, but after numerous conversations over the years, I felt was a personal friend. She encouraged me to become a travel agent and join Avoya. She described many of the attributes of Avoya such as the live leads program, educational opportunities, and the support system. Now, she is still a very special friend and is also my mentor. Avoya's live lead program was my primary reason taking the step out of retirement and back into the working world. I had no desire to do my own marketing. Since I joined Avoya, I have found that the live leads program works perfectly with how I want to run my business. Equally important, I have found the Avoya support system to be fantastic and a life saver more times than I care to count. They have helped me get through numerous new situations and have never laughed at me at some of the dumb mistakes I made. Avoya has truly made my new career truly enjoyable.

As a world traveller for many years with no travel agency experience I needed not just a home based business opportunity but an 'anywhere' based opportunity. Avoya with there Agent Power system enables me to operate literally from anywhere that has internet and a phone. Avoya not only meets but exceeds my expectations.

However some of those leads over the years have actually become good friends! I'm asked why I don't retire after all the years in travel and my answer is, "when this job stops being fun then I'll retire"
