I have been in the travel industry for more than 13 years, and with Andavo for over 4. They are very supportive in marketing, accounting, research - everything. Andavo has some great technology tools - from their internal website to other software/programs that are available to you (Worldspan, ClientBase, Travel-42, Axus - probably many more). They are members of the Virtuoso consortium which focuses on luxury travel. Both Andavo and Virtuoso offer online training, as well as sponsor extremely beneficial conferences every year.
The management team is extremely personable and responsive.

I joined a year ago and could not be happier with my decision. Being able to use an IATA number has been invaluable, not to mention all the affiliations we now have such as Virtuoso, Ritz Stars, etc...
The support system at Andavo is amazing. They are always helpful, professional and answer promptly. Their accounting system is phenomenal. They have some very good systems in place which help us to be more organized. Their Air Desk is also great.
I attended AndavoMart just recently and was delighted and very surprised to meet so many vendors. I have attended ILTM, Pure and other forums and have never met so many reps from cruise lines. We've been an independent contractor with Andavo now nearing 2-years and have nothing but great "kudos" for everyone within the organization! I joined Andavo Travel a year ago as an independent contractor. After being in the travel industry for 15 years, this was the best decision I have made career wise. The support staff down to the owners literally have your back. They all continually ask what I need from them. Provided with multiple GDS systems, Clientbase and Air Portal technology my transition was seamless.

Andavo Travel is able to pass along their special airline contracts along with top commission levels from their preferred suppliers and hotel programs including Ritz Carlton Stars, Belmond Bellini Club, A&K 100 Club to all IC's. I launched my Luxury Advisor career last year. While experienced in luxury travels, I didn't know much about being an Advisor and all the logistics/complexity behind the curtains. Andavo offers access to Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partners, Ritz Carlon STARS, etc...which is great. However, the most valuable asset Andavo has given me is a team. Andavo was and is always there when I needed help and required guidance from its list of veterans. They don't mind holding my hand and walking me through a process when needed.
