Andavo Travel has a strong and ethical reputation. After doing quite a bit of research, I joined Andavo in 2010. My success is due in large part to their excellent management, support teams & systems, marketing & sales programs along with their supplier portfolios. I’m blessed to be part of this wonderful team.

I joined Andavo Travel just two weeks ago and have found that their managerial team has been very welcoming, supportive and efficient. After 22 years as a travel agent enjoying affiliations mostly with small firms, I was hesitant to join an operation as large as Andavo but Kirsten Little's presentation was compelling. The on-line resources seem impressive and the supplier contracts and commission structure are appealing. Although the support departments are located in different states, Laney Williams and staff have been attentive and responsive and have made the transition very smooth so far.

I have been an IC with Andavo Travel for over eight years. I owned my own agency for 25 years before that so have many years of experience in the travel industry. The support staff at Andavo is great. They are able to answer questions quickly and help out with any issues we might have. The airline contracts and association with Virtuoso are both extremely beneficial to making more money and better contacts. The in-house technology is constantly being upgraded to make our lives easier and we have constant access to training with the new technology. You truly feel like you are part of a family when you work with everyone at Andavo Travel.

I have been with Andavo Travel as my host agency since 2008 here in Aspen, Colorado.......

They are consistently attentive and helpful and have a great staff to work with in the complex world of travel!

The combined knowledge of it's agents is the most valuable tool - their accounting help is the best!

Can't recommend more highly!

I have been an IC for over 6 years and have been with Andavo Travel for a year. I am continually amazed by the technology they offer. The support at Andavo is very caring and responsive. Andavo truly wants my business to grow and to be profitable. They give me all the tools and support to do so. I don't feel like I'm just another agent out there making them money. They make me feel like I'm part of the big family of Andavo/Christopherson. The company's annual AndavoMart is a great resource for networking with vendors and fellow ICs. I did my research for a host agency and knew what I was looking for. Andavo hit the nail on the head! Andavo is continually enhancing what they already did right the first time. I couldn't be happier with Andavo!

After due diligence and careful consideration of several host agencies, I selected Andavo Travel. This has been the best business decision I could of made. Andavo truly provides outstanding agent support and, perhaps most importantly, offers current social media marketing assistance. In today's travel market, I find that social media support is crucial. One of Andavo's crowning glories is their affiliation with Virtuoso. Being affiliated with Virtuoso provides excellent training opportunities for me and special amenities for my clients. It's a Win, Win!

Check out Andavo, you will be glad you did. I know I am!

I have been with Andavo for less than a year but am very impressed with how much help and direction I've received as a relatively new advisor. The help I've been given by Kirsten and Laney to learn so much that I didn't understand about social media, marketing and especially being enlightened on various educational opportunities on Virtuoso and the workings of Client Base. Without their direction I would still be floundering and lost as I was prior to joining with them. Thank you to all and I will now work to reach some goals!

I’ve been a travel consultant for nearly 25 years, and have been operating independently for 11 of those years. Before taking my considerable book of business to Andavo Travel 5 years ago, I did my homework and considered a number of host agencies. My choice of Andavo has proven to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Not only have my clients benefitted greatly from my access to Virtuoso vendors, I am often able to earn higher commission rates because of Andavo’s volume. And working under the Andavo banner gains me prompt attention and saves valuable time. Andavo offers home-based agents excellent compensation options, and I rarely find their agent support lacking. In fact, it is generally a pleasure working with their friendly and competent administrative, marketing and accounting personnel. In addition, the company’s annual AndavoMart meeting gives me the oppoprtunity to network and have valuable face time with the numerous high-end vendors that are invited to attend.

I am constantly amazed by Andavo's technology, which is truly amazing. The agent support folks are also wonderfully knowledgeable and quick to respond. I've been very impressed and wish I'd made the move sooner! I would recommend that any independent agent request more information from Andavo...I don't know of any other host agency offering an equivalent package!

Unbelievably poor service, and they DO NOT have your back.

Their resources for airline contracts/vendor overrides are poorly managed, and very user UN-friendly. I've been with them for 3 years now, and some of their resources STILL show vendors/airlines that have closed shop over 10 years ago despite my having notified them of the out-dated data.
Often, they have resources in 2 or 3 different locations, and each may have differing data. VERY frustrating.

There are a few key personnel that do put forth effort to support the outside agents.

For the most part, though, they have no clue how to manage a bank of independent, outside agents.
Communication is lacking, too. For example, it's not at all uncommon to have a vendor online webinar, and the announcement for the event is less than 24 hours in advance of the event.

Hoping to find a new host very very soon.
There are so many better host agencies out there that really do have their systems 'together'.

In early 2013, we launched Community Connection, our private online community for all of Andavo Travel's affiliated travel advisors, providing help, support and networking opportunities. This is the very best resource for info on upcoming vendor webinars, most of which have at least two weeks lead time, with just a reminder notification that goes out 24 hours before.
Someone from our team will be personally contacting you shortly, in hopes that you can give us specific examples of outdated or repetitive information.
