What you’ll do

• Qualify and nurture high-value PPC leads using our AI-powered sales tools
• Build bespoke itineraries and deliver world-class service to discerning clients
• Collaborate with marketing, product and Ops to continually refine our NextGen recruitment & training flow
• Hit monthly revenue and satisfaction targets while feeding real-time data back into our lead-gen engine

What you bring

• 2+ years in luxury travel sales or a high-end service environment
• Proven track record hitting and exceeding targets
• Comfort with AI tools, CRMs (we use HubSpot), and data-driven processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
