Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Travel Advisor at Tobe Travels DBA Global Eventures. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations
- Ability to provide personalized travel recommendations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of different travel destinations and trends
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience as a Travel Advisor or in a related role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
