Summary:
Responsible for advancing Messenger International’s vision by coordinating domestic and international travel for executives and the Messenger Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Propose, confirm, and book all Executive flights
- Secure drivers for Executives
- Complete travel itineraries for John Bevere and Lisa Bevere
- Book flights for Travel Assistants and Directors as needed
- Coordinate ground transportation for Travel Assistants and Directors as needed
- Add all flight details to respective calendars
- Add critical travel information to Road Meetings portal
- Lead meetings with Travel Assistants
- Renew passports and Global Entry for Executives
- Purchase Visas as needed for Executives
- Manage Extraordinary Seed Fund travel and American Express travel points
- Coordinate private plane and pilots as needed
- Book flights and car rentals for team members when traveling for team functions
- Create travel itineraries for team members when traveling for team functions
- Send travel related expenses to Executive Office Assistant for invoicing
- Coordinate post-travel follow up with Travel Assistants, Executives, and Hosts as needed
- Other duties as necessary and assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- Must have 3+ years booking domestic and international flights
- 3+ years working with high capacity executives
- College degree preferred
General Qualifications:

- Global travel knowledge including VISA management
- Proficient with current travel and basic computer systems

Franklin, TN area. Must be able to present evidence of identity and legal right to work in the United States.
Job Type/Schedule:
Full-time, 40-hour work week with the potential for occasional overtime. This position may require occasional non-standard working hours due to executive travel schedules. This is a non-exempt position and is subject to overtime pay in accordance to the Fair Labor Standards Act.
