The Activations Associate will be responsible for handling automated dialer outbound calls to existing customers, to finalize a vacation reservation date. They will update the customer database and document reservations for the customer in the Concierge Platform reservation system. They must adhere to specific verification guidelines, to ensure we deliver a qualified tour guest to our Vacation Ownership Sales Centers, to preview our Vacation Ownership programs. The Activations Associate will manage calls with the guests’ experience in the highest regard.

Hiring Immediately. ***At least 6 months call center Experience required with at least 6 months sales experience!*****

1. Shift 1pm to 9pm Mon-Thurs, Fri- 9am-5pm (Two Saturdays a month)
2. $15 an hour plus commission - Average $45,000 to $60,000 earning potential

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Assists guests with finalizing their vacation package reservation date
2. Handles properly the Avaya Dialer System to maximize productivity
3. Adheres to daily Campaign Assignment schedules as directed by any/all Leadership
4. Collaborates with other Call Center Departments to ensure proper Paperwork, itinerary letter requests, and inventory requests
5. Documents guests’ accounts
6. Adheres to Approved Sales Pitch offer as designed per Campaign
7. Increases revenue by selling extra nights, upgrades, package upgrades, tickets, car rentals, and additional rooms

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
2. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
3. Computer proficient
4. 6 months of sales experience/customer service experience
5. Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
6. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple systems at once
7. Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
8. Call Center/hospitality experience preferred
