Hill grew up on the tough streets of Chicago, finally finding his way into education and then turning his street smarts into solid business acumen. He earned four degrees — including a master's in teaching and another in administration and supervision — and he holds a black belt in Lean Six Sigma. Hill now travels the globe helping organizations implement inclusivity strategies to maximize people, profits and productivity.
