Vacation Creations is a powerful, yet easy to understand CRM platform. Our agency has 20 agents with varying levels of technical skills, but everyone can manage to utilize Vacation Creations with limited training. Pur power users appreciate the dashboards and reports, while our basic users just like that it is easy to use.
What are some areas of Vacation Creations's product that could be improved?
I feel that the triggers and variable content available when using scheduled reservation emails could be more robust. They are in need of additional fields for certain dates for cruises (like activity booking dates, online check-in date, etc.) to be able to better utilize the scheduled email functions. I have been in contact with the Vacation Creations team, and they are interested in adding this functionality in a future update!

It helps me keep my clients well managed. I am able to send them auto emails, keep track of commission, keep track of tasks associated with each reservation. I love the new calendar feature where I can see upcoming tasks, birthdays, etc.

The database is super easy to navigate with lots of ways to access information from one table to another. It also includes multiple ways to record important information regarding the client and/or their trip. I like the variety of reports that can be run. I love the marketing aspect as well.

I would love to see templates available so that I can send formatted emails tailored to my clients. The reports could be more robust, but my understanding is that this feature is on the works!

What do you like most about Vacation Creations?
Vacation Creations is very intuitive and easy to learn and use. I found that with other CRMs there was a big learning curve, but this one is fairly straightforward and when there are questions, support is right there to answer them. I don't think I've ever waited more than 24 hours for a reply to a support ticket.
As far as features go, the automation for emails to customers and the ability to customize them by agent and also by product is a huge benefit and time-saver for us. I also appreciate having all the customer info at my fingertips.
What are some areas of Vacation Creations's product that could be improved?
This is a growing product and I gave them 5 stars based on the current system and their excellent support. I know they have features that other CRMs have that need to be added/expanded, but this is an excellent framework and I have no doubt they will continue to grow and add the features their users request.
I hope they will add some integrations and AI-based features that can import reservation info, client details, and maybe even help us build out reservations or even invoices/proposals. I feel like those are the next step and I hope they are in the works.

Vacation Creations is the backbone of organization for my business. I love that it keeps me on track and up-to-date. From saving my client's information so I can easily refer back to it, to managing my reservations and tasks, to having a daily calendar to keep me organized, I absolutely love using this software.

I don't have many requests for this service because I do think it's pretyt great as-is, but a few requests would be the ability to reorder travelers on reservations to include the ones traveling at the top, and a better mobile version - maybe an app in the future?

Vacation Creations solves my daily organization issues. The system shows me exactly what tasks I need to complete for each day. I love that I can delete tasks or add tasks based on the reservation needs. This software also holds all of my customer details and let's me edit things as needed. I would have a very tough time doing all of this on my own without this system.

I have been a travel agent for more than 14 years, and Vacations Creations is by far the best CRM and booking management program I have used. It keeps all of my reservations organized and easy to access, saving me valuable time and helping me stay on top of every client's travel plans.
One of my favorite features is the client profile, which securely stores all of my clients' information so it is readily available for future bookings. The system also allows us to create and send a variety of customized forms, including destination-specific information, cancellation terms, payment authorizations, and other important travel documents.
I also love the dashboard and calendar features, which give me a quick overview of all my upcoming tasks, deadlines, payments, and reminders. Having everything in one place helps me stay organized and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Another standout feature is the checklist within each reservation. It allows me to track every step of the booking process and makes it easy to ensure that no detail is missed. From initial planning to final travel documents, I can confidently manage each reservation knowing everything has been completed.

I love how Vacation Creations is constantly working to make things easier. The only think i would like to see is a more areas to add notes...there are a lot of places to add notes, but sometimes I find myself thinking that I wish I could add a note to this specific thing.
