What do you like most about Vacation Creations?
I could not function without this software! Recently I was on a cruise and had a client call and request a hotel in two hours. I was able to grab their info and send them authorization forms. They signed and with the cc info in the system book their room. It is so much easier than carrying everyone info just incase. Or having to ask the client questions when they need something quickly. My business grows because it allows me to provide seamless service.

What are some areas of Vacation Creations's product that could be improved?
I feel like a lot of these are handled quickly when put through our agency owner. Some prior things that have been fixed are form names, being able to cancel all or schedule all tasks and mails. Their response time (as an agent looking in) is quick.

What problems does Vacation Creations solve for you?
It solves so many problems. Storing client info, scheduling mails, streamlining forms and communication.

What do you like most about Vacation Creations?
Vacation Creations allows me to keep all of my client information in one place. Once I enter reservation information, everything is done for me. I like the quick checklists and the ability to personalize tasks and what emails are sent to my clients. The program is easy to use.

I would like to see a VC app. Overall, improvements and updates are often.

VC keeps all of my client and reservation information in one place allowing me to access information at any time. I can quickly track commissions. The calendar feature gives me a quick overview of all upcoming tasks.

I love Vacation Creations. It makes keeping track of my clients and deadlines for their trips so easy. I love that email reminders get sent to me about important tasks so I can remind my clients. Vacation Creations makes me look good because I’m always on top of things. I’m not sure I’d know what to do without Vacation Creations.

The only option I wish it had was that alias sales could be seen by vendor too.

As a newer advisor, additional training resources, tutorial videos, and best-practice guides within the platform would be helpful. Improved reporting features and more detailed client-facing itinerary templates could further enhance the overall user experience. Overall, the platform is very effective, and these improvements would make it even more efficient for travel advisors.

Vacation Creations keeps me organized. I love having a central location where I can see all of my reservations and their components. As my bookings increase, or if I have several bookings at the same time, it really helps me be efficient and organized so that I can better serve my clients.

I feel like they are already constantly improving. The updates that they do on a regular basis always seems to give us something new and helpful to use for our business and clients.

Vacation Creations has become my right hand in everything book. Sometimes, life gets so busy that you may forget a task but Vacation Creations has made it impossible for me to forget all of the key elements of my clients' vacations! LOVE IT!

The constant updates of Vacation Creations find ways to make client bookings so much easier and with that, it is always improving so it is hard to find a better way.

Constant reminders of key elements of a clients' vacation, the ability to keep my clients informed of present or future travel deals or just overall mass emails to clients say hi! It keeps all of my client information all in early accessible place. Hard to be unorganized with VC :)

Vacation Creations is a powerful, yet easy to understand CRM platform. Our agency has 20 agents with varying levels of technical skills, but everyone can manage to utilize Vacation Creations with limited training. Pur power users appreciate the dashboards and reports, while our basic users just like that it is easy to use.

What are some areas of Vacation Creations's product that could be improved?
I feel that the triggers and variable content available when using scheduled reservation emails could be more robust. They are in need of additional fields for certain dates for cruises (like activity booking dates, online check-in date, etc.) to be able to better utilize the scheduled email functions. I have been in contact with the Vacation Creations team, and they are interested in adding this functionality in a future update!

I would love to see additional AI-powered features that help advisors compare travel options and create client-ready recommendations more quickly. Deeper integrations with supplier resources could also help streamline the research and booking process. The platform is already very user-friendly, and enhancements like these could make it even more efficient.
