A mobile app may be helpful vs just a website. Sending a message thru the app to communicate with clients may also be a benefit.

It sends me morning emails of daily tasks which is convenient to keep on track of deadlines. I like the way we can securely send credit card forms to clients and keep it stored for future use.

I have been using Vacation Creations for many years now and absolutely love the software. It's a total gamechanger for independent contractors to manage their customer database! It's very robust and they are constantly adding new features and making improvements. It makes my day-to-day very seamless. I can also view reporting to track my sales over time. I love the marketing features as well as the auto-email features that ensure my clients are always up to speed! I'd highly recommend this platform.

Overall I'd say I've had a great experience with the platform and don't really have areas of improvement. But perhaps I'd suggest a mobile app?

Actually the improvement was made with the notes section. I have a better time inputting notes and "Things to Complete" for a quick view.

Vacation Creation has made it easy to keep on top of monthly payments and final payments for my clients. I love that I can add additional tasks with dates to be completed so it keeps me organized without having to juggle through notes or my calendar.

Vacation Creations organizes my workflow and allows me to trust that I am able to stay on top of my clients' needs! I don't worry about missing deadlines or forgetting to send important notices because this CRM automates the most important things for me. I enjoy that the company is on top of agent needs and listens to agent feedback to continually create the best experience for agents and clients.

I would love to have the ability to save and edit email templates to set up my own manual client emails within the program, separately from my agency's company emails. Managing client email communication directly through VC would allow for a more cohesive client-facing presentation and better record-keeping for client communication.

As an Independent Contractor, VC allows me to manage my calendar and be notified ahead of time of deadlines and important updates. I know that I have all my paperwork and authorization forms in order at a glance. It even helps me keep up with client birthdays and anniversaries! I appreciate the regular updates and added features to ensure my business stays connected to my agency and is keeping up with the changing requirements of the travel world. Vacation Creations gives me all the tools to run my business and present my most professional self to my clients!
