What do you like most about Tern?
The development team is super responsive to what the modern travel agent needs. They have a list of items that are in the works and is easy to add to the request list. I've been with them for a while now and its a different platform than it was then. It's always growing and adapting to what it's users need.
What are some areas of Tern's product that could be improved?
It's a work in progress and sometimes it's hard to wait for things you know are on the way.
What problems does Tern solve for you?
I love how easy it is to make a great itinerary, take payments, keep track of sales and commissions. Even has a mobile app for clients to hold tickets and confirmations.

Everything, has been amazing so far. They listen to our wants as advisors and are following thru. I am happy that I made the switch.

None so far. I only started using it a couple of months ago.

I am still in the process of uploading everything and learning. But, I truly feel like they are a one stop shop.

An area for improvement is to add the undo feature.

What do you like most about Tern?
A few things that I love about Tern is everything is drag and drop. I love their mission to take the "invisible" work we do as Travel Advisors and make it so effortless to enable us to use less time and make more money. Another thing is how they constantly launch product updates, like weekly. Every week it is mind blowing the feedback they get from everyone and how they can ship them out the very next week. Keeps me organized, I came from Vacation CRM and it was so old school had so many different parts it was so hard to understand. Tern makes everything easier and easier to understand, if you have an issue contact them and they will see what they can do. This has truly been a game changer for my business.
What are some areas of Tern's product that could be improved?
A mobile App from the Agent side. (They know this and are working very diligently on it) to make it so easy for Agents on the go to access client information, itineraries etc. Also to keep everything IN App instead of starting in the Tern Travel App then being redirected to a web browser. Again something they know but everyday from now until who knows when they're always looking to make the product better for advisors.
What problems does Tern solve for you?
Organization and keeping everything in one place. The most difficult piece is learning it, once you learn it and figure out most everything, it is so worth it. Its so fun to play around with, and I almost find my self just on it to learn more things about it to help better my process and make my business the best it can be.

I love that it's basically an all in one CRM, landing page builder, invoicing, itinerary builder, proposals, forms, CC authorization, commission tracking, email integration and more. I also love that they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have and that they are continuously evolving the platform week over week based on our feedback as users.
What are some areas of Tern's product that could be improved?
None that comes to mind since they are continuously making updates based on our feedback of the platform.

Invoicing, CRM with email integration, itinerary, builder and proposals, forms with form builder, CC authorization and landing pages for group trips.

Automation and AI created destination guides make me look so professional!
What do you like most about Tern?
This truly is an all in one platform (with the exception of email which should be coming). Beautiful itineraries, and even the user interface. It makes it so easy to go from start to finish with a client. They are regularly and diligently making updates to make it even better, so just when you think it can't get better, it does just that. Also, the AI features and the group features are downright amazing.
What are some areas of Tern's product that could be improved?
The reporting could be a little more in depth and it needs a dashboard. Both of which are in the works.
What problems does Tern solve for you?
Keeps me from going back and forth between multiple programs which also helps in preventing errors / typos. It's an easy to use platform for both myself, my clients, and my agents. It also helps save on the monthly overhead by not having to pay for multiple programs.
What do you like most about Tern?
As a new advisor, Tern has been an amazing asset in my tech stack. It is practically an all in one system that makes it very easy to provide professional looking proposals, create itineraries, keep track of client emails, and keep track of commissions! It has been beyond invaluable in helping me grow my business.

Tern has changed and grown tremendously in the past year and the growth is based on advisor feedback, which I really appreciate.
What problems does Tern solve for you?
The biggest benefit for me, as a cruise specialist, is their cruise library and being able to pull in a complete itinerary with the click of a button.

The founders of Tern are very good at listening to the members and implementing their ideas and requests into the Tern experience. The software is clean and fun to use. I love the growth..
What are some areas of Tern's product that could be improved?
Im waiting for groups and landing pages. Would also love to be able to give clients coupon codes to use at booking.

Saves me time. Creates a beautiful presentation for clients.
What do you like most about Tern?
I love that they listen to our suggestions and provide a roadmap to requests that are being implemented. I love the automation and dashboard. The training videos allow me to figure things out before going to tech support.
What are some areas of Tern's product that could be improved?
I have no suggestions at this point, but will update if things change.
What problems does Tern solve for you?
I love that I am able to keep track of commissions, travel requests, service fees and so much more. There are so many features that I love but my favorite is the dashboard where I can see where all trips are in my queue. They are very affordable for the value. I can foresee me using their system for years to come. Try them out, you will not be disappointed.
What do you like most about Tern?
The layout works for me. This is weird to say, but I just prefer it to other travel software that I have tried. The AI tool for parsing out FIT itineraries is top notch and helps decrease the time that you're spending on building custom itineraries. The automation and task are robust and help streamline processes. If you're a FIT Travel Advisor, it can definitely help you with Itinerary planning. The owner listens to feedback and actively monitors the Tern Facebook group for feedback.
What are some areas of Tern's product that could be improved?
As with any new company it's going to have some growing pains. They have a roadmap, but it's slow going at them moment for them to roll out things that other software already does.
What problems does Tern solve for you?
FIT Travel and saving time. Plus combine it with a more robust CRM then other travel software companies and you have an amazing product.
