Super easy to use. The hotel net rates are the best I've seen, and I love that I keep 100% of my markup instead of splitting it with a traditional host agency. Honestly, no major complaints so far. The system is fast and does exactly what I need for my accommodation bookings. It saves me so much time when putting together quotes. Plus, I don't lose clients to big booking sites anymore because my prices are actually better.
What do you like most about DNA Travel?
I love that I finally have real control over my own pricing structure. The tailored quotes look incredibly professional, and honestly, the rates are consistently better than what I was getting on VAX. It just makes closing the sale with my clients so much easier.
What are some areas of DNA Travel's product that could be improved?
It would be great to have a dedicated mobile app down the road, but the platform works perfectly fine on my phone's browser when I need to make a quick adjustment on the go.
What problems does DNA Travel solve for you?
It solved the problem of always having to justify my prices. Thanks to the amazing rates on this platform, I realized that as travel agents, we don't have to compete solely on providing great service. I can offer my clients better prices than what they find online themselves, and still keep a really nice profit in my pocket. You just don't get that kind of margin and freedom with traditional host agencies.
