The marketing materials we provide are assets that come from Virtuoso and our preferred supplier partners. They consist of full-color pdf flyers, SM images, and/or digital catalogs announcing promotions, seasons, and new products. These assets have been professionally designed by marketing teams; they include beautiful imagery, the supplier's message, and T&C's. While you're not able to edit any of those elements, you are often able to attach your own branding so your clients will know exactly who to reach out to if interested. Our advisors also have access to Virtuoso Life magazine subscription for their clients, at an additional charge (though this is not required). These tools save a lot of time when you're needing to get the message out to your clients quickly.

As part of our MentorU coaching program, we also provide guidance for people who need to develop a marketing and sales plan for their new business. Hope this helps!

Hi Mark, brand new travel advisors start at a 70/30 commission split. When you reach $100,000 in gross sales you move to 80/20. It doesn't matter how long it takes you to hit that mark, and once there, you will never drop back down to 70/30. When you reach $250,000 in annual sales (the only level you have to maintain year-to-year) you will move to a 90/10 commission split.
