Does TQ provide support to agents on weekends? HAR profile states hours are 9am-5pm M-F, but also lists "24/7 support" -- which is it?
Hello Anne! Our support hours are 9-5 CST Monday - Friday. We also have a private Facebook group where agents ask questions all the time including evenings and weekends when we are not in the office. The 24/7 support is for our corporate agents who have GDS access.
