Are agents allowed to keep 100% of their planning fee?

You can, but it depends on where you live. If you live in California or Florida, you can't charge service fees under our Seller of Travel Licenses.

Do you accept agents without LLC? Just as self-employees. Do you help figure out the permits required for an specific US city?

Do you allow US-based travel advisors to accept non-US based clients as long as the vendor accept international credit cards? Not flights; just stays.

Yes, we do allow our members to have non-US clients as long as it is accepted by our Suppliers.

Hi Amanda,
Yes, you will be your own business entity with your own company name and brand. Once a member, you will be an independent contractor with Travel Quest Network.
