I'm five months into my journey with Outside Agents. I chose them because they were the best value as far as I could tell, and the woman who inspired me to pursue this career recommended them after doing her research after having started with another company that was an MLM that she doesn't want to be affiliated with. I'm taking her to lunch tomorrow in appreciation for the recommendation, I feel like OA was a good fit for me. So far they've been pretty hands off with me, but that's kind of what I wanted while I got the business parts completed ... setting up the business, figuring out how to organize things, getting the inital training done and getting familiar with everything, getting my website set up, the whole nine yards, dang no wonder I'm tired, lol. I kid. Not really but OA made it so much better than it could have been. They will not hold your hand, don't expect that, I didn't even want that and suspect you don't either. But as you have questions, they will answer the ones related to their business. If it's related to YOUR business, that's all you. You are assigned a mentor after your initial training and because I'm still pretty early, I'm trying to get a feel for how that works. It's pretty incredible what a great system they have set up, for so many agents from so many backgrounds with such different levels of knowlege and experience. And they make it work. Oh, you need to know, they have a great system for handling pretty much any question you have that you can't find yourself. MOST of it is already documented and it's pretty easy to find your way around after you get the hang of it. But when you can't find the answer or you need something, you just submit an SOS ticket. Their SOS team is on top of it, they're quick with a response! I'm coming from a corporate background and am super impressed with their SOS team in comparison to the responses I've seen in the corporate world. I'm super early in and will come back and update later on. My advice so far would be to bet on OA and go for it!
So lucky to have found them! Great Host agency with support and training if needed. Commissions are high and I love being independent, but they are there if you need them. Easily accessible if you have questions or need help with a product. I was alittle afraid of going to a larger company but it was one of the best decisions! No start up cost or monthly fees makes this great company to work for!!
Look no further for a host. No fees, great commissions and lots of support!
I can honestly say that Chad and Steve do all in their power to train and mentor agents in this industry. Their agency is second to none considering there are no monthly fees to be paid. They are great!

This is my fifth host agency over the years and in many ways, by far the best. I am receiving an 80% commission on my travel sales, and that makes me want to sell more. I am paid on a monthly basis for each month that I have sales. No more calling and asking where my commission check is, no more getting shorted on my checks. Questions are easily answered, either by other TAs in our forum, or by the folks who head up the agency. If I have a problem, they get to it immediately and help me resolve it. Very patient people! There are no fees to join, and as I increase my sales volume, my commission can increase to 90%. For my own travel, I receive 100% of the commission, less a small service fee. I call that a great deal. I can track my commissions, find links to all the vendors, and in many cases, earn a higher commission from vendors than I was achieving with my old host agency. I can also have them create a web site for me if I wish, and obtain E&O Insurance for a nominal fee. It's working out very well for me.
I am a full service travel agency accredited with ARC and IATA. I had my own office for over 15 years and moved home base apx 6 years ago. At that time, I felt I wanted to team up with a host agency and decided to go with Cruises & Tours unlimited. A choice I've never regretted. They really do care about their agencies and offer great training. It has been a pleasure to be associated with Cruises & Tours Unlimited. Wonderful people and wonderful support! Oh and yes, they do pay their commissions on time :-)
