I don’t think people truly realize how important it is to have the right host agency behind you until you go through something difficult.
Recently, I found myself dealing with a very stressful business situation and honestly felt overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do next. This is a great company to work for. They really are there every step of the way to help you and you always feel like you are part of the team. When you call in for help the owners actually still answer the phone. The whole office staff is great! They are always professional, helpful, and respectful.
The best part for me is the agent forums. Any question you post, the rest of the team is always willing and able to help.

This is the best host agency around! Steve and Chad make every agent feel important. They are very responsive and are always around to lend a hand as well as provide much needed information to stear you in the right direction. I have been with them for 3 years now. They helped me turn my hobby into a career.
Thought I am a small part time agent they still provide me with the same support as their top sellers. I have been with them for many years and was originally with another host agency which I was actually paying for and never got support.
Chad has been very helpful in many areas and the rest of the staff answers any questions and helps me fix any mistakes no matter how big or small. Honestly I would have gotten out of this industry, which I love, long ago if it was not for their amazing kindness and support without requiring any financial commitment from me.
Oh and their commission structure is amazing, on of the industry's best, and the tools provided gives you everything you need to easily succeed you just got to implement them.

I have been using them for close to 5 years. So far so good, but then again I had some experience in the industry and I am a very do it myself kind of person...so no hand holding necessary.
They have a pretty healthy agent forum where most any question can be answered. If not then a quick email to to Chad or Marty usually gets the question answered.
I have worked with Outside Agents for several and have a rewarding experience. I have referred several agents to Outside Agents and they are completely satified with their experience.
Outside Agents is very good for experience and start up Agents.
