In the time I have been here, I have watched this agency grow & flourish as a direct result of Jen Kistler's leadership. What was once a handful of agents has blossomed to well over 300. In addition to being recognized throughout the industry with the highest accolades from all of the major players (Disney, Universal, Sandals, Apple Leisure Group, Royal Caribbean...) we now have an Agent Academy which enables us to train & mentor agents new to the industry with all the support they will need to become successful. Jen runs a wonderful and ethical agency. The new agent training program is top notch and I felt fully supported as I started my new career. Now almost one year in my sales are much higher than I anticipated as a new agent and I love working here. This agency pays on time and the commission structure is extremely fair. I am absolutely loving Magical Moments Vacations. I am a new agent and I soon graduate from their academy and I have had a blast. The support is AMAZING. We have numerous groups that we are a part of with a WEALTH of information to help you along your way. Payment of commission is very reliable and on time. Matter of fact, sometimes we get commission early! The commission structure is also very good and better than many other agencies. The admins are supportive and very responsive if you have an issue or a question. Jen and Dana are the best!
