Also, the Academy you complete when you are hired gives you all of the information you could ever ask for. The commissions at MMV are both fair and paid efficiently as well. I'm so glad this is where I landed. I have been with MMV for 6 months now and I've had an incredible experience so far. The training is great, ensuring that even someone without experience is set up for success. The commission rates are much better than other agencies and the support from management and other travel agents is incredible. They want you to succeed.

I joined Magical Moments Vacations in January 2023. I was immediately enrolled in their Academy program which is a 6 month program to introduce you to many of the necessary tools to book travel for prospective clients. The academy training has provided me with education about many travel destinations which reinforced some of the knowledge I had, as well as given me the tools to stay up to date with the latest information needed to provide to clients. The agency managment has been extremely helpful and nice to me as a new agent! No question has gone unanswered and they have been very supportive along this journey! I have used MMV to plan many of my vacations prior to joining their team so knew first hand what quality of company I would be joining. Payment of commission so far has been time efficient and seamless. I really look forward to working with MMV for many years to come!

I have been with Magical moments vacations now for 6 months and have learned so much about the individual suppliers. Having traveled a lot, it was nice to really get in depth knowledge and training for places i have already been, along with learning the new. What i really enjoy about this agency and what made me choose them, was that we were not charging commission (in most cases) to the clients. I love that it comes from the suppliers and vendors directly. I also like how extremely communicative the management is. They are so very responsive to your questions, and really enjoy what they do.
