This is not only true in that I love the "work," but I also enjoy the "who" I work for part. I shouldn't even say work FOR, rather work WITH. That, to me, is the top characteristic this agency yields- it is a very collaborative effort. In any industry based on commission, the environment is usually very competitive. Within Cupcake Castles Travel Company, we work as a true team. A majority of the reason working with Cupcake Castles is so seamless is because of all the systems built to support us and our business. You come in to the company and get all the help you need to build a successful business. You will not find the family environment that this agency offers anywhere else!

The company really is as sweet as its name. After being with another agency in the Disney-Centric Market, I needed a company that provided more professional development and genuine care for their agents. I found my forever home.
