From a technical aspect, the official website flows well and is incredibly easy to navigate. As a first time agent, the team at Boardwalk have been super helpful with all my questions. The agency offers a wide variety of suppliers to work with for your clients and is fast with helping you get setup.

As a new agent confused and reading lots of reviews and comparing different host agencies, I decided to go with boardwalk travel agency. I am happy I did. As someone wanting to start out as doing this for friends and family, the amount of knowledge I have gained with boardwalk is awesome. A CRM would be beneficial, other than that starting off is easy and they have been extremely helpful from the very start.

Boardwalk has been a great experience for me. They have always been so helpful and are always willing to help ( particularly since I'm new to this) when I've asked questions or need walked through a situation etc. They have set up video calls to show me, sent me links to other things that have been helpful and shared their own experiences. I am hoping to participate in a FAM in the future as they sound like a wonderful experience that they provide.

Boardwalk is just fantastic, support is great, commissions are paid out quickly and the access to all industry partners allows me to provide so many options to my clients! I have not regretted my decision to get into the industry under the boardwalk Travel Agency banner ever! One of my favorite things is the training at your own pace!

Very helpful agency; no monthly fee which is GREAT! Same commission as my previous host agency that charged monthly fees. great communication. I do bookings for my family and friends only, and this agency is good to work with.

Boardwalk Travel Agency is such a great company to work with. Everyone is so helpful and nice. There is always someone that is able to help or give advice or just a kind supportive word. They have a special Facebook group where you can post any questions or concerns or just venting about random travel agent issues.
