As a full time teacher, Boardwalk makes being a TA adjustable to my schedule. Trainings are offered at multiple times to fit any schedule and the support when needed is easy to access. I do wish that the platform had an automatic calculate when submitting claims instead of having to do it myself. Its not hard I just think it would streamline the process and make it easier on the agents.
