Boardwalk is a wonderful host agency. I have been with them for several years now. They improve the process and add suppliers almost every month. Customer service has always been very helpful and kind. Receiving payment is a breeze. They provide opportunities to learn and explore throughout the year with Fam trips and webinars.

The vendor trainings and FAM trips have been a huge highlight — not only informative, but also exciting and inspiring! I’ve received great advice and valuable experience that’s helped me grow my confidence as a travel advisor.
The only thing I’d love to see more of is additional training focused on building and growing a business and clientele base. That said, the overall experience has been fantastic, and I’m so thankful to be part of such a supportive and welcoming host agency! ✈️🌴

I am pretty new with Boardwalk and getting a very slow start - my fault, not theirs! LOL! ;) I have been VERY pleased so far with my experience with them. The trainings are easy to navigate and do on my own schedule and really even "as needed". The commissions process is also easy to navigate and prompt and I look forward to continuing to do business with them for a long time!

Its a great agency each time i have a question they answer really quick, im happy to be part of this agency. They help me transfer from my other host agency and its been soo easy. Really recomend this agency. I been in this agency for almost 2 years now, and they helped me in everything sending tutorials.

It's nice to have a Host Agency like Boardwalk Travel, they help with any questions or help with anything that you might not understand. Still learning a lot of different brands but I don't have to worry once you're with Boardwalk Travel, you're not left behind, it's like saying you're in good hands.

Great agency. Lots of tools and resources that will help you succeed and get started. Recommend. Dashboard is easy to use and provides all the information you need. Has lots of great suppliers and links to get to their respective pages. Helpful and very responsive if you need anything. Overall fantastic.

I can't say enough about Boardwalk Travel. I joined wanting to learn everything I could about travel and how to guide others along the way. While my path hasn't been fast moving, the company provides every resource possible to allow its agents to be successful. Questions are answered promptly, and support is there. I HIGHLY recommend. My daughter has a physical disability that does not allow her to have a job that requires her to drive. I'm in the process of getting her signed up, because she is her only obstacle to success with this company. The commission split is more than fair, and the resources are incredible. I could go on and on, but if you're looking to break into the travel industry, this is the way.

Boardwalk has been a great asset to my success as a travel agent. They have great trainings, are quick to answer any questions, and are just a great company overall! When I first started, it was a bit overwhelming. Their initial guide they gave me was a huge help, and it has only gotten better from there. I cannot recommend working with them enough.

I have loved Boradwalk. I think for someone just starting it is a great affordable place to dip your toe in the water and just see if its for you since they don't have quotas or multi year commitment. Over all its been a great experience. I would say, my only critique is just wishing there were more inperson trainngs meeting other agent opportunities. I went to one and I felt like I got so much more out of it being in person. But with boardwalk its all from home so if you are wanting something more flexible with your schedule this is a great option.
