I began my journey with Avoya about 6 months ago. The training was excellent. It is online so you can move at your own pace. There is live support every step of the way. The trainers have a great deal of expertise and are very patient. About five months ago I began with my first client. The excellent support continued with Avoya's Early Success program. They offer outstanding workshops conducted by experts in the field. Upon completion of their Early Success program, the support continues. With every question I've had or challenge I've encountered, the Avoya team has been there with timely responses. Their platform for booking and managing travel is excellent. It's user friendly! Lastly, I credit my success, over $900,000 is sales in less than 5 months time, with the training and support I've received from the Avoya team.
I appreciate the fact that Avoya Network provides a good technology, great marketing and above all, make you feel you are important to them.
Having made the decision to change host agencies to one with the offer of live leads I did tons of research and took the time to evaluate my wish list. I have to say Avoya answered all questions within 30 minutes of submitting a questions during the process, and others well, I'm still waiting to hear back on those questions. From the first call to every day questions the response is not only timely, but professional and yet very personal. The live leads have increased my business dramatically and I could not be more pleased with my decision. I just wish I had done this sooner! The technology makes my follow up and paperwork almost effortless and is top notch. Highly recommend.
Avoya Travel is a great host agency to work with. The management and support staff are very knowledgeable about the travel industry. They have a very encouraging and fun educational program. They are always willing to help you succeed with your business. It's a pleasure working with Avoya Travel.

12 years ago I was a new agent working from home for a different Host Agency. I came upon the America's Vacation Center, now Avoya, booth at Cruise 360 in Ft Lauderdale. After speaking with Jeff, my goal was to increase my business enough to be able to join their host agency. I joined in September 2006 and have never looked back !
