I joined Archer Travel after COVID forced the closer of my 23 year old Permit Expediting company. When I heard about the option to work in travel I got pretty excited. My wife and I have traveled all over the world and the thought of doing it and making money was intrigued. So I started looking at all the different agencies listed on the website. I spent a lot of time reading reviews, talking with other agents and comparing the pros and cons of each company. There really was no question of which one to choose. Archer Travel pays the highest commissions in the industry, they are considered a favorite of all the major travel vendors in the Industry. There was no cost to become certified, no cost for training and I could get my CLIA card as soon as I become certified. They also allowed me to get my IATAN Card after only making $5000 in commission. No other agency can make these claims. Do you know how easy it is to make $5000 in commission when you are getting 80% of the paid commissions? I did it my first month. Their support is unlike anything I have experienced. As far as your claim goes, they are no where close to being an MLM, the first two words of an MLM are Multi Level. Where do you see that in this company? We get paid to mentor others and that comes from a profit pool much like the airline industry but, we get paid monthly instead of annually. I have owned 2 very successful companies in my lifetime and if I knew then what I know now, I would have done this a long time ago.

Old Review

I am the happiest i have ever been working for Evolution/Archer Travel. I have been affiliated with several home based businesses and this is the first one that i have actually generated a monthly income. There are webinars daily morning, noon and night. Not to mention the hands on training from the founder and top members of the company. Ron Archer and his staff are second to none when it comes to support and if there's a gliche in the system, it is quickly resolved. Evolution and Archer Travel are constantly evolving to grow our company and the no one, but no one compensates their members the way they do. Oh, did i mention that this is WE movement where people come before profit and oh yes WE ARE PUBLICLY TRADED!!! If anyone is bitter about this company, it's because you didn't keep the MAIN THING THE MAIN THING.

Old Review

From my own personal experiences with this company, they have been far more than expected. If there were any issues (which were rare) they were addressed immediately. As you can see in the people who posted negative reviews the President Ron Archer explained it and it was their own fault. It's very rare you'll hear from the President himself. Archer Travel has been around since 1952 and has received many accolades over the years of doing outstanding business. 2016 they were nominated Top USA Producer with Expedia. If I could give more stars for this company I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️Thank you to Ron Archer and his lovey wife Jill Archer along with the corporate staff who have done nothing but provide unlimited SUPPORT! Old Review

I was with Evolution Travel for a couple of years and i enjoyed the experience. Several months ago my account was closed for late payment. I've been trying for months to reach someone so that i can be reinstated. I've left several messages, and tried to contact through email to no response at all. I like the program but the live support is horrible, as far as i'm concerned, that is the only thing that needs fixing. There has to be an easier way. I will try again, but i already know what to expect. I'm sure that i'm not the only one with this issue.

I entered this company (evolution Travel) in December 2016...soon after I had personally recruited 22 people with a downline of 30 people at its hay day. Made executive quickly...which my residual check was 52 which was held bc it wasn't over the monthly fee. Quickly made it to bronze which I never received a residual check for nor did I make a silver residual check either which these checks are promised every month just like residual bills. Also, I am supposed to be receiving 10% commission of any travel that any of my sponsor had booked while I was still employed with them, never happened they created an ethics issue bc I signed an old agents husband (with her blessing) and they shut my website and gave all my sponsors to someone who was in the company for a year with no sponsors and my pay. An unethical company..who keeps agents pay.no excuse for such unprofessionalism.

Unfortunately this agent was cancelled from the program for not following the rules. Also, this agent is located in New Zealand and still recruiting under a false name.

The information listed is false and Archer Travel has never failed to pay commissions to any agent or employee in a timely manner.

Old Review

This is never what I experienced. My sales were huge bringing Luxury Travel clients from Amex Platinum
and Centurion. There was no software for invoicing or a client database. Their was no support if you tried
to take any time off. High profile clients went unserviced and left. Commissions never paid. Thousands of dollars
taken of my earnings to pay back a client because they did not have the appropriate software to detect a final
payment was due when I was hospitalized. The clients had cancelled. Email never read. Clients were promised their money back. Clients have never received. Bringing upscale luxury clients to this
agency was not a fit and it killed half my Amex clientele. Plus being a single orphan with no benefits, who wound still from his employee that introduced him to luxury travel. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in the travel
industry. That sad part is no one that had the bad experience while I was on a brief vacation or in the hospital
Is willing to trust my new agency which has the latest software, training, a support system, people who service
your clients while you are away, an accurate accounting system and you get paid for everything that is invoiced
In their system. It is so night and day. If I found my new company when I left Amex, I wouldn’t be put tens of thousands and would have been able to maintain all of my high profile clientele and their referrals.

Unfortunately your frequent "hospitalizations" and "vacations" caused undo burden on the staff here as there were mistakes, errors, unresolved issues and other data missing from your bookings.

You ended your affiliation with this agency over 5 years ago and you are now writing this review when we have refused to allow you to return since your current agency also cancelled your relationship.

Currently we have over 3,000 independent agents that we provide service, training and support. I am truly sorry that you felt the need to strike out against our company at this time and wish you good health and well being.
