What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options and anticipate traveler needs
  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations
  • Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the team to provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 1+ years of corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, and accommodations for domestic and international travel
  • Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus)
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling personal traveler information
  • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
