Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Agent at Classic Travel Service.
Qualifications
- Reservations and Travel Arrangements skills made using "Sabre"
- Customer Service expertise (resume should demonstrate experience)
- Knowledge and experience with "ClientBase" (ClientBase is the dedicated CRM tool designed specifically for travel agencies to provide complete profile, contact and trip management abilities)
- Knowledge and experience with Axus Travel App. (The itinerary building & collaboration platform) required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Familiarity with various travel booking systems. IE Specific hotel platforms
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
