​That’s exactly what inspired this conference.

​Every year, we host an annual meeting for our advisors—just like many agencies do. But like many smaller agencies, we’ve found that when you only have 20–30 attendees, it can be hard to attract strong supplier engagement. And we know we’re not alone. There are so many incredible agencies out there with talented advisors who simply don’t have the scale—yet—to get the attention they deserve.

​So we decided to change that.

​Instead of staying in our own lanes, we’re bringing agencies together. By joining forces, we create something bigger—more energy, more ideas, more opportunities, and stronger supplier relationships for everyone involved.

Because let’s be honest… some of the most valuable moments at any conference aren’t just the sessions—they’re the conversations. The ones in the hallway, over coffee, or late at night when you’re sharing ideas with people who truly get it. That’s where growth happens.

​We’re creating a dynamic, collaborative experience inspired by large-scale industry events—but with a more personal, approachable feel. You’ll have access to:

​We’re also opening the door for agency owners to share their expertise through breakout sessions. Everyone brings something valuable to the table, and this is a chance to learn from each other in a real, practical way.
