Passport to Possibilities Travel Advisor Conference 2026
Event Details
What happens when travel advisors stop competing… and start collaborating?
That’s exactly what inspired this conference.
Every year, we host an annual meeting for our advisors—just like many agencies do. But like many smaller agencies, we’ve found that when you only have a fraction of attendees, so it can be hard to attract strong supplier engagement. And we know we’re not alone. There are so many incredible agencies out there with talented advisors who simply don’t have the scale—yet—to get the attention they deserve.
So we decided to change that.
Instead of staying in our own lanes, we’re bringing agencies together. By joining forces, we create something bigger—more energy, more ideas, more opportunities, and stronger supplier relationships for everyone involved.
Because let’s be honest… some of the most valuable moments at any conference aren’t just the sessions—they’re the conversations. The ones in the hallway, over coffee, or late at night when you’re sharing ideas with people who truly get it. That’s where growth happens.
This travel advisor conference was built around that idea.
When and where is the Passport to Possibilities Travel Advisor Conference?
📍 October 15–18 | DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort (near SeaWorld)
We’re creating a dynamic, collaborative experience inspired by large-scale industry events—but with a more personal, approachable feel. You’ll have access to:
- General sessions with industry insights
- Breakout sessions so you can focus on what matters most to you
- Roundtable discussions designed for real conversations
- A trade show with engaged suppliers
- A business lounge for quick work sessions, calls, or one-on-one supplier meetings
- Optional pre- and post-conference experiences
Suppliers are already signing on—and outreach has been extensive—so the opportunity to connect and build meaningful relationships will be a huge part of the experience.
We’re also opening the door for agency owners to share their expertise through breakout sessions. Everyone brings something valuable to the table, and this is a chance to learn from each other in a real, practical way. If you have a side business that supports advisors, there’s space for that too.
And because we believe experiences matter, we’re planning optional pre- and post-conference activities like:
- Discovery Cove tour and SeaWorld Orlando tour
- A ship tour of Utopia of the Seas
- …with more to come
Most importantly, this conference for travel advisors is designed to be a true community space.
No poaching.
No bad-mouthing other agencies.
No competition mindset.
No “host agency spotlight.”
Who is the Passport to Possibilities Travel Advisor Conference for?
The Conference is open to all travel advisors and travel agency owners that are open to sharing ideas with each other and learning together. This is not a good fit for MLMs. No poaching of advisors will be allowed.

Will one agency dominate over another agency at the Conference?

Every agency is equal. Every voice matters. This is about learning, sharing, and growing—together. With multiple agencies being represented already, the energy behind this is something special.
