WildPlanner was built by two sisters who know the safari and hospitality world from the inside out.

Olivia is based in the bush in South Africa, working closely with tour operators and DMCs still managing rates across WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets, and inboxes. Victoria is in the UK, with a background in tech and a frustration with software that's too expensive, too complex, or built for the wrong market.

In 2025, they launched WildHire, a jobs platform for safari and hospitality. Through it, they saw operators losing clients because quotes went out late, margins were wrong, and rates lived in 10 different places.
