I love the simplicity and ease of creating itineraries with Waybird. I also love the ability to easily add new content and save templates for reuse.

I think the ability to add more custom images to properties or regions would be great.

Waybird saves me a lot of time in itinerary creating and allows me to focus more on the client instead of back office admin.

What do you like most about Waybird?
I love the way in which I can build itineraries quickly with Waybird, as I specialise in Africa as a destination much of the content is already loaded for me . I can also create templates for properties or experiences I use regularly . As you would expect, I love the way in which my quotes are branded , and the staff have always been very flexible and helpful when needed . I love that I can also attach videos of properties and destinations to elevate the quote for the client's viewing.
What are some areas of Waybird's product that could be improved?
Yes, I would like to see a database added. I would like to see the system linked to a live flight information and a section for flight times to be added as optional.

Waybird allows me to present professional itineraries with great images, videos, and content already loaded .
What do you like most about Waybird?
The itineraries look fantastic, but Waybird is so much more than just an itinerary-builder. It is an entire back-office solution for hybrid travel advisors/tour operators like myself. They process client payments, make supplier payments, and provide E&O liability insurance.
What are some areas of Waybird's product that could be improved?
Their content library is focused on Africa, Asia, and Latin America (which is great for me as an Asia specialist). But I occasionally have a Europe booking, in which case I can request that they add the hotels/tours I need or add them myself. They are working on adding European countries, so that will be a nice improvement when that content is there.
What problems does Waybird solve for you?
With other itinerary builders, I'd spend a lot of time sourcing and sizing photos. Waybird's content already includes high quality photos of hotels and attractions, which saves me so much time. And having all their back office support services makes me more efficient, so I can spend more time creating itineraries instead of doing admin!
