What do you like most about VacationCRM?
VacationCRM has been a wonderful CRM since we started using it. The software is straight forward and eaay to use and navigate. Price us fair for what we get. BUT!!! the most impostant thing IMO it the prompt responses to questions we get from the Manager. He is always "Johnny of the spot" for getting back to us for answeres to me questions big or small.
What are some areas of VacationCRM's product that could be improved?
I would love to see more integrations with suppliers. But they are working on providing new integrations all the time.

VacationCRM mostly solves our, Client and trip managment as well as Commission tracking.

VCRM offers so many robust capabilities! I can track bookings, payments, changes, automate emails to clients, plus keep track of back end things. I really cannot imagine my business without VacationCRM!
What are some areas of VacationCRM's product that could be improved?
I would love to see more customization in colors, branding. I also wish some of the automated emails had to option to NOT send on weekdays.

I'm able to track everything! It is easy for my VA to track things as well, and stay in touch with clients. It is a one size fits all option. My business has improved ten fold since I switched to VCRM.

What I love most about VacationCRM is how incredibly user friendly it is, making it easy to navigate and manage all my bookings efficiently. The customer service is top-notch, anytime I have a question or issue, they respond quickly and genuinely care about helping. I also appreciate how innovative the platform is; they really listen to feedback from agents and constantly make improvements that enhance the experience. VacationCRM has transformed the way I do business, giving me the flexibility to work from anywhere, and I honestly can’t imagine running my business without it. It’s streamlined my entire process, freeing up time and helping my business grow in ways I didn’t expect!

Maybe even more integration with 3rd party tools or a youtube video for new users to watch start to finish on all that VacationCRM can do.
What problems does VacationCRM solve for you?
VacationCRM takes the hassle out of managing all the details that go into booking travel. It keeps everything organized in one place, from client profiles and reservations to payments and itineraries. It saves me time by automating important reminders and follow-ups, and its easy reporting helps me keep track of sales, commissions, and client preferences. It sends out birthday, anniversary or welcome back emails automatically, it is amazing. Ultimately, it allows me to focus on what I do best: providing excellent service and creating unforgettable travel experiences for my clients.
What do you like most about VacationCRM?
What I like the most is a tough choice between the super responsiveness of support staff for issue and excellent automation options. Staff is almost too responsive all times of week for even minor issues! For automation I love customizing all our touch points that go out to our clients keeping our brand consistent and keeping them informed. this makes our jobs easier instead of manually reaching out every step of the way and gives our agency a cohesive look across the board.
What are some areas of VacationCRM's product that could be improved?
Payroll reporting custom reports are cumbersome to set up to start with but once you get them going they are great.
What problems does VacationCRM solve for you?
Secure storage of client info. provides secure CC storage. Payment forms and link are easy to use for clients. Documentation for T&C and payment forms time stamped great for any disputes. Decreased data entry issues with client registration forms. Easy to set up professional looking invoices. automation reduces the amount of work we need on each trip.
What do you like most about VacationCRM?
Best decision I ever made was purchasing VCRM! It’s been a lifesaver and game changer for my business! Steve is beyond helpful and I can’t imagine life without this amazing tool.

There really isn’t anything I can think of that would improve this software.

What do you like most about VacationCRM?
I love Vacation CRM's ability to manage a booking from the initial contact through post-travel. The ability to set up reminders and client emails for different types of travel such as destination weddings, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and much more has made our booking process seamless. It's also great for group management. It handles all of our groups and keeps them all streamlined while giving the group leader a report they can always access to see who has booked. Our agency has used VacationCRM since 2014 and love how much it's been enhanced since then. I couldn't run our business without it.

I want the quote and travel document features to be more seamless.

So many problems are solved by Vacation CRM-booking management, reminders, client emails, commission tracking, flight collector for groups, general group management (no more spreadsheets!), reports, custom forms, invoice approval, and process payments through VCRM with ALG and Classic.
