The latest version of the platform is about a year old and has evolved through valuable member feedback, which I truly appreciate. However, there are a few areas where further enhancements could be beneficial, like improving the user interface for even easier navigation or expanding the range of educational resources offered. That said, I’m confident that with their track record of listening to feedback, these improvements are likely on their radar.

I love that the terms and conditions can be hosted on the Travel Industry Solutions database and when changes in the terms and conditions occur it is automatically updated. I do get information on what has changed and why.

More integrations with other platforms. As members, we have been advised that more is coming and I am so looking forward to this!
