I am not an easy client. I have opinions, I give notes, and I give more notes after that. Justin at Suitcase Designs handled every single one with patience, professionalism, and zero drama. He was prompt, communicative, and genuinely attentive in a way that felt like he actually cared about getting it right — not just getting it done. The final product looks exactly like my brand, which is no small thing when your brand is this specific. If you need a web designer who will meet your vision AND your timeline, Justin is your guy.

The process took a while to complete - not because of them, but because I sometimes took forever to send feedback their way. And when I did, I always had a lot of it! But they were always so patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process.
One of the things I appreciate most is that our relationship doesn’t just end with the launch. Whether I need blog updates, photo changes, or copy edits in the future, I know they’ll continue to be there to support me every step of the way.
