What's not to love about Suitcase Designs? Justin is so easy to work with. I am a new travel advisor and had an injury right as I hired Suitcase Designs to build a website for me. Justin answered all my questions and since he knows the travel industry himself, he was able to guide me and build the website I never imagined I would have, he was also very patient with me as I was dealing with the injury and building the website and my business at the same time. I would highly recommend Suitcase Designs for anyone looking to build an amazing website.

Anytime I have something to add to my website, I just send an email to Justin, and he makes the changes and or adds information to the website at his earliest convenience, usually only a day. He is always on top of it.

They are easy to work with, and provide excellent service.they create beautiful websites, and because they know what travel agents need, l don't have to worry about whether it's right for my business. They understand travel agents. Whenever I need additions or changes, they come through right away. 1 am so pleased with my website design.

The overall experience was fantastic, but one small improvement would be adding a "website under construction" page during the design process. Without it, the site appeared nonexistent, which could be confusing for visitors. Having a temporary page with basic information would be a great addition for future projects.
