What do you like most about JotForm?
So excited to do the first review for JotForm! I love that it's not just a form builder. It's more like a 10-in-1 product. :)
The forms are SUPER powerful and yet very easy to work within. If you're using the more advanced features there is a learning curve but we built out our entire contract form on there, with inventory and pricing and e-signatures.
JotForm allows us to automate the process so we can send the contract to our clients, they select what they'd like, and it adds up the amount so we don't have to manually create contracts. Our clients really like how streamlined it is and not having to go back and forth because they can see the inventory and pricing in one place.
When clients submit the form, we used their PDF builder to turn the form into a nice looking PDF contract with e-signatures!
We also have used it in the past for surveys and had great results. The spreadsheets and pdf reports are really handy.
What are some areas of JotForm's product that could be improved?
I can't say I have any suggestions to improve JotForm. They're always really receptive to feedback and their support is quick and knowledagable (and 24/7).
I think I've probably only used about 10-15% of the features/programs and I'm likely a power user.
What problems does JotForm solve for you?
If you don't have a powerful and easy to use form builder, JotForm is a great standalone program.
Their free plan is generous and a good place for people that are just getting started and don't have a huge budget to work with.
It's made creating forms super easy and all the apps they connect with and widgets they have makes the possibilities nearly endless. :)
