Training is offered in several formats; supplier webinars, online training, specialized training, and "open mic" phone call opportunities where a new or seasoned agent can ask anything. Its all been tremendously helpful as I establish my new business. Having worked in a number of other sales sectors, I also appreciate that Yeti is there to help but does not pressure through quotas, comparisons or other methods. I have enjoyed learning and growing my business at my own pace and at every step of the way Yeti owners and agents have been there to cheer me on. I joined Yeti Travel in March of 2025 as a new travel agent, and I’m genuinely glad I did. From the beginning, the training was very well structured and easy to follow. Their website clearly lays out what’s needed for each supplier, which made getting started far less overwhelming than I expected.
One of my biggest concerns when joining a host agency was support, especially being newer and doing this as a side business. Yeti has exceeded my expectations there. They are extremely responsive through email and always willing to help. One situation that really stood out was when my first clients had their flights canceled after they arrived at the airport. Yeti’s leadership helped point me in the right direction to get them a refund quickly and get the issue resolved, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
Yeti also does a great job providing ongoing education. Between supplier webinars and sessions hosted by their own leadership, there are plenty of opportunities to learn, ask questions, and continue building confidence and knowledge as an agent.
