I've been working for Vacationkids now for 18mths and can honestly say it was a perfect fit from day one. Sally has been incredibly accommodating and supportive as I've built my business and helped me better understand how the US market works. I have been an Independent Contractor with them for a little under a year but it has been an amazing journey. Her knowledge of the travel industry is phenomenal and she is willing to share her experience with her people. I also feel that our commission split is fair and reasonable. The other agents are all supportive of one another. Everyone is willing to answer questions and help each other out. I was drawn to this agency because it didn't feel like a lot of the agencies where there was a membership fee and an 800 number. I was inexperienced in this industry and wanted some guidance and support, and felt like that would be offered with Vacation kids. Sally is very personally involved with all of the agents, ensures that you have the training you need to effectively sell travel. The split is pretty reasonable especially considering that your aren't required any investment to get started. You really can build at your own pace.
