About Vacationkids.com
Vacationkids.com has been in business for over 15 years. They work with beginner agents and start inexperienced agents with a 6-month trial training period. Agents are given training materials and support and if after 6-months the relationship with Vacationkids.com and the independent contractor works, the IC officially joins the Vacationkids.com host agency network.
Commission splits are based on travel sales. Beginning agents start earning 60% commission (with 40% going to the host agency) and the commission rate increases based on sales. WE suggest contacting Vacationkids.com for more specifics.
