I joined Trevello in 2014 when a brick and mortar agency I worked for closed. There have been many changes in the past 10 years, which have seen the company grow and improve.

The support is phenomenal and there when you need it from head office and other advisors. There are vast resources available and a user-friendly platform. The other advisors, unlike in a previous agency format, are like a family and want each other to succeed. Everyone's success is celebrated, and we help each other. We don't view each other as competition.

Our CEO has our backs and she advocates for the advisors. She knows us personally and encourages us to be the best advisors we can be, while building the support and resources we need to do that.

There is always room for improvement, and the head office team is aware of that (not aloof like many corporations), and continue to work toward what is best for the advisor.

I have been with Trevello for a year and a half, I recently became an independent advisor, and have been able to make the move because of the wonderful support this company provides. Despite the learning curve of becoming an advisor, now that I'm in I find the systems in place to be easy to navigate and organize, and have been able to make so many really cool sales. The supports in place are invaluable, and I haven't come across anyone who doesn't work hard to help me succeed!

I signed up with Trevello about 6 months before COVID and after two bad experiences with a local travel agency that did not act professionally and did not pay me on time. With Trevello, there has always been support available and throughout COVID they provided outstanding professional support. They kept us motivated and hopeful by providing on going seminars and up to date information. It's nice to know that if commission is due to you, that you will get it on time and you do not have to worry about being cheated. There is access to as much information or training as you want or need. I have been part of other management teams in other professions and this is Management Team is second to none.
