All I can say is WOW! I'm BRAND spanking new agent. I chose TPI for a few reasons over a few other agencies...the main reason was the support that was apparant. As a new agent, I'm overwhelmed. Still. Yet, I feel the support and the understanding from everyone, to get me on track to making sales.
The CRM system will be amazing once I get it up and running. I can't wait to update this review in 2 months. I feel I haven't touched the surface on what I can do with TPI as my support. Go ROCKSTARS
I have worked in a travel agency since 2001. In November 2013 I joined TPI and began working for myself. I now work at all hours of the day and I like that almost any question I have on how to do something on their site is answered through webinars and the available training that they have. They also are prompt in answering emails. I like that they offered me a website and helped me get it up and running quickly. I love being an independent agent with TPI and I am looking forward to a long relationship with them!
Other things I like about this company is the commission structure and the point and click Amadeus booking engine.
I have been with TPI for 2 years and I have been very pleased. They are true professionals and make my business look professional. Knowledgeable and courteous when you call them for help. They get high commissions from suppliers and great exclusives deals. The marketing assistance is superb. Some of it is even free.
A few years ago I had researched host agencies after having managed travel agencies and starting my own agency, and Travel Planners International was the most comprehensive and transparent host agency on the market.
The transition and set-up was smooth and effortless, and it has been smooth sailing ever since.
Their staff is professional and in the true sense of the word you are in a partnership with them.
At no time do you feel as if you are just one of their clients, their continuous support and technology updates keep you ahead of the ever changing times.
I refer TPI on to all agents and agency owners as a viable business model to go with to survive in the travel industry today.

I have been hosted with TPI since 2012 and have found them to have all of the benefits I was looking for in a host agency when comparing them to the rest!
This is my third agency and by far the best and definitely the most professional! The staff is stable, which is a BIG deal to me, the price is right, and your commissions are paid on time, which didn't happen with the other two agencies.
This company truly values its employees and agents and works to make it a great environment for all (with no micro-managing). Yesterday, I even received an email from the VP of Operations congratulating me on an impressive booking that I made. It was an unexpected and valued surprise to get that email.

After losing thousands of dollars in commissions at 2 former host agencies (one filed bankruptcy), I've been especially pleased with TPI's prompt commission payments. I appreciate the reasonable fees and generous commission sharing plans. TPI makes it possible for me to run my business without a lot of unnecessary complications. It's a big plus to me to receive 100% commission on my personal travel. Staff are helpful and always provide prompt, answers via their live chat services.

TPI to me is that family and support that I prayed for and as new consultants or experienced agents we have to trust on TPI's professional experiences. TPI offers social media and marketing support and training....Under TPI we have the best of all and how can we go wrong with such a unique support and a wonderful loving team!!! Hello, I am new with TPI and I have to agree with Teri Hurley to the T. All was said! I love the support, help and team work that I receive. I am not alone out here! It's called a family working together and sharing their individuals gifts, zeal and talents in the travel industry. The are a presence to us in helping all thier agents succeed as well as helping us to please our clients. Great support and time consuming! Well, they keep me busy with all they offer! Lots to learn....It was through Host Agencies Review and guidance in all her posts that I found Travel Planners International after searching for months! At the time it was truly getting confusing to me with all the Host available.
