Are agents able to book groups directly through an airline and have access to ticket the group themselves without charging the client a ticketing fee?

But WHAT CRM is it? Proprietary or using ClientBase or AgentMate or something else? I'm asking because I do not like either of those two.

What CRM do you use? And is the cost included with your fees?

Hey Nancy,
We are getting ready to launch a brand new CRM, that is integrated into booking engines and our “submit a sale” accounting tools. It will launch in a few months. This will be included in your monthly fees with TPI.
