I have been with this agency for over 15 years. When I started they had 11 agents, and now they have over 200. The folks that run the company are honest and easy to deal with. We are one of the largest producers in the Virtuoso network, and as such, we get extremely good overrides with most of the suppliers. The accounting is accurate and timely and the enhancemnts to our in-house computer technology are up-to-the-minute and ongoing. There is good training offered, but each agent is free to run his business as he sees fit. We use SABRE as our GDS
