Our commission structure begins at 50% and you can qualify for up to 90% based on collected commissions. We have just launched a full training program which is designed specifically for new to business advisors. We do have advisors sign individual contracts but we work in training cohorts so you have the support of other advisors that are starting out. I personally mentor the advisors for the first 3-4 months helping them get acquainted with Travel Edge, the industry and walking through the training courses.
