I joined TTAND last year as a brand new agent with no experience. Their training was fantastic but the support that I have received over this last 18 months has been even beyond that. The TTAND family is just that. Agents help each other out and offer the benefit of their experience. The back office team is patient and kind and is always excited to help me when something comes across my desk that's new. They all help me look like a rock star in the eyes of my customers. And when it comes to $'s I don't think that there's anyone better. Their commission % is fantastic and the more you book, the higher % you get. That's fair in my mind! Honestly, joining TTAND was the best decision that I have made in a very long time and I couldn't be happier

I have been a Travel Advisor since 1989, working in a bricks/mortar office for most of my career, than I decided to being an Independent home based agent and joined TTAND at the very beginning of their Start up back in 2014. I could have not picked a better place to continue my career as a Travel Advisor. The support is second to none. We continue to grow each and every day. I like that I have back end support whenever needed without any wait time. Our community of travel advisors from coast to coast is more like an extended family who are happy to share ideas and give assistance on questions when needed. The Travel Agent Next Door is the absolute best host agency for travel advisors. As a home based independent contractor I feel like I have the support of a giant behind me as I provide my own brand of service to my clients. I want to say it's been an absolute fantastic journey from employee with another company, to owner and partner with Travel Agent Next Door. After 12 years with another Canadian host agency I needed MORE! I simply was not getting the support that I needed in order to sell travel! With now over 1,000 Independent Travel Advisors, Peer to peer support is also amazing, with lots of social media engagement & opportunities for face to face meetings through our Annual Conference, Regional Breakfasts and Supplier Lunch & Learns.
