We don't provide lead generation services. However, this policy allows our agents to earn full commission on bookings while still retaining the client. On the other hand, some host agencies that offer leads keep the client for themselves and only give the agent half of the commission. We believe in a fair and transparent system that benefits both the agent and the client.

Do you provide your agents training to become certified in different niches? For instance, I would like to get certified in group travel. Thank you!

We provide agent training through the Travel Professionals Training Kit. We also offer daily agent group coaching for all-inclusive resorts, groups, Disney, social media, suppliers, platforms, and our exclusive affiliates. There is no so-called certification for being a group specialist. However, we do train on how to book groups.
